Job summary

Sepura Limited is seeking an RF Engineer to join our Research and Development team in Waterbeach, Cambridge. You will contribute to the design, simulation, and testing of RF subsystems for mission-critical communications across TETRA/LTE and related technologies.

You will verify designs, participate in component selection, and collaborate with senior engineers to deliver reliable hardware. Travel may be required, and a full driving licence is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF design, simulation, and testing.
• Hands-on design experience and practical engineering intuition.
• Ability to deliver projects on time with high quality.

Responsibilities

• Component evaluation and sourcing.
• Support on circuit design down to discrete level.
• Schematic creation and PCB layout supervision.
• Circuit simulation and validation of designs.
• Documentation of test methods and results.
• Root‑cause analysis and design updates to resolve faults.
