Megger is seeking an Electronics Technician to join the PCB Test Team in the United Kingdom. You will support board‑level assembly, testing, inspection, fault‑finding, repair and rework of PCBs in a busy manufacturing environment, diagnosing faults at component and board level and ensuring products meet quality and reliability standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read circuit schematics and PCB layouts.
• Experience using electronic test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Carry out automated and dedicated testing of PCB assemblies per procedures.
• Diagnose faults at component and board level using schematics and docs.
• Perform SMD and through‑hole soldering, desoldering, repair and rework.
• Use test gear to identify faults and verify repairs.
• Log faults accurately and support root‑cause investigations.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams on defects.
• Ensure work complies with procedures and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement to manufacturing efficiency.
