Job summary

Novanta is recruiting an Electronics Engineering Manager in Stockport, Greater Manchester to lead the Electronics Hardware Development team and drive technical excellence and people development. You will shape strategy, mentor engineers, and steer delivery across projects with a focus on quality and innovation.

In this role you will ensure compliance with EMC/LVD/RoHS standards, collaborate with senior technical experts, and promote an inclusive, high-performing culture while coordinating

Qualifications

• Electronics Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Strong electronics hardware development background.
• Full product lifecycle experience.
• Knowledge of EMC, LVD, RoHS and product compliance.
• Strong planning, communication and organisational skills.
• Coaching leadership style focused on team growth.

• Line management of the Electronics Hardware Development team
