Job summary

Rank Group is seeking an Electronic Gaming Supervisor to own the electronic gaming experience across slots and e-gaming. You will lead a fast-paced team, ensure brand standards, and deliver exceptional customer service on the gaming floor.

In this role you will grow revenue, manage KPIs, and collaborates with the management team and central support to optimise the performance of electronic gaming machines. Night shifts and weekends are required in a 24/7 casino environment.

Qualifications

• Casino/Gaming Experience: Proven background in casinos, particularly with slot machines or electronic gaming tables.
• Leadership: Lead, support, and develop a team in a fast-paced gaming environment and motivate staff to high performance.
• Customer Service: Confident, approachable, and able to create a welcoming atmosphere on the gaming floor.
• Commercial Awareness: Analytic mindset to interpret KPIs, manage margins, and drive revenue across electronic gaming products.
• Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of UK Gambling Commission regs and a Personal Functional Licence (PFL).

Responsibilities

Do you have experience in casinos, slot machines, or electronic gaming?

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Electronic Gaming Supervisor to take ownership of the electronic gaming experience and drive performance across our slots and e-gaming function.

In this role, you’ll lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring brand standards are met while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll be responsible for growing revenue, managing KPIs, and optimising the performance of our electronic gaming machines.

You’ll work closely with the Management team and our central electronic support team to ensure our slots and e-table games are fully optimised for success in your club.

Skills & Experience Needed:

• Casino or Gaming Experience: Proven background in casinos, particularly with slot machines or electronic gaming tables, is highly desirable.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, support, and develop a team in a fast-paced gaming environment. Supervisors are expected to motivate staff and maintain high performance standards.
• Customer Service Excellence: Strong customer-facing skills are essential. You should be confident, approachable, and able to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere on the gaming floor.
• Commercial Awareness: A sharp, analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs, manage margins, and drive revenue growth across electronic gaming products.
• Regulatory Compliance: A solid understanding of UK Gambling Commission regulations & a Personal Functional Licence (PFL) holder.
