Job summary

Rank Group is seeking a Gaming Supervisor to lead and develop the live gaming team, ensuring customers receive an unparalleled experience on the gaming floor.

You will optimize operations, maintain product supply, and uphold compliance with UK Gambling Commission regulations while fostering a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in operating and inspecting casino games.
• Hold a current PFL issued by the Gambling Commission with aspirations to acquire a PML.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, support, and develop a team in a fast-paced gaming environment.
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to create a welcoming atmosphere on the gaming floor.
• Solid understanding of UK Gambling Commission regulations and a PFL holder.

You’ll play a pivotal role in the success of the live gaming operation, your primary responsibility will be to lead, support, and manage the gaming team to ensure that customers receive an unparalleled experience.

This involves not only optimizing operational efficiency but also always guaranteeing an adequate supply of gaming products.

By fostering a positive, dynamic work environment, you’ll motivate your team to perform at their best, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. Your leadership directly impacts the overall gaming experience, making it enjoyable and seamless for all.

Additionally, you’ll manage the accurate upkeep of departmental records and documentation, crucial for smooth operations and compliance with regulations.

Ultimately, you’ll be the foundation of the gaming floor, creating an environment built on excitement, fun, fairness, and integrity.

Skills & Experience Needed:
