Rank Group is seeking an Electronic Gaming Supervisor to own the electronic gaming experience across slots and e-gaming. You will lead a fast-paced team, ensure brand standards, and deliver exceptional customer service on the gaming floor.

In this role you will grow revenue, manage KPIs, and collaborates with the management team and central support to optimise the performance of electronic gaming machines. Night shifts and weekends are required in a 24/7 casino environment.

Competenze

Casino/Gaming Experience: Proven background in casinos, particularly with slot machines or electronic gaming tables.
Leadership: Lead, support, and develop a team in a fast-paced gaming environment and motivate staff to high performance.
Customer Service: Confident, approachable, and able to create a welcoming atmosphere on the gaming floor.
Commercial Awareness: Analytic mindset to interpret KPIs, manage margins, and drive revenue across electronic gaming products.
Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of UK Gambling Commission regs and a Personal Functional Licence (PFL).
