Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a test technician or similar role.
• Proficiency with electrical and mechanical test equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics and SOPs.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Capable of working in a team and meeting deadlines.
• Maintains safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, environmental, and performance testing on electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Set up and operate test equipment and fixtures.
• Interpret drawings and procedures to ensure correct testing.
• Document test results and corrective actions per quality standards.
• Support engineering in prototype testing and validation.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment and ensure safety compliance.
• Participate in continuous improvement and 5S activities.
