Job summary

AMETEK Inc. is seeking a Test Technician to support assembly, test and service departments by testing and calibrating products with high accuracy. The role requires addressing non-conformances, driving continuous improvement and lean practices, and upholding health, safety and 5S standards.

You will work across functions, ensure timely testing, and contribute to process efficiency with a strong emphasis on quality and safety. AI tools usage is encouraged to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Test Environment is required.
• Ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Correct Test and Calibration of products within agreed timescales.
• Processing of RMAs in line with standard processes.
• Integrate the link between PE, DE & Production Control.
• Support CI Projects to improve product flow through the business.
• Flexibility to work between different functions and adapt when required.

Level 3 NVQ/BTEC/GCSE Maths & English 4/C

HNC/Level 4 preferred
