Saab Seaeye is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to inspect, fault-find, repair and refurbish electro-mechanical assemblies and PCBs returned from service. You will perform structured fault-finding, use schematics, and liaise with teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience inspecting, fault-finding and repairing electro-mechanical assemblies and PCBs.
• Ability to use engineering drawings, electrical schematics and work instructions.
• Experience with soldering and assembly activities to high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair and re-build electro-mechanical assemblies and PCBs.
• Carry out fault-finding and root cause analysis.
• Perform soldering and electrical loomings to quality standards.
• Work on complex electro-mechanical and hydraulic assemblies and assist with testing.
• Maintain repair records and quality checks.
• Support 6S, lean and continuous improvement activities.
• Provide feedback to team leads and departments.
