Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. in Stafford is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Team Member – Production Assembly to join our electronics manufacturing group.

You will assemble, inspect, test, and repair electro-mechanical products in line with production plans and customer requirements, ensuring high quality and adherence to lean principles. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will use ATE and soldering equipment, record test results, and collaborate with engineers, quality and operations to resolve

Qualifications

• Must have ONC in Electronic or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on PCB manufacturing experience, including assembly.
• Good teamwork and communication skills; able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspection and testing of electronic sub-assemblies per procedures.
• Record pass/fail results in databases and production systems.
• Operate Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) as specified.
• Perform basic fault-finding on failed sub-assemblies.
• Repair or document failure reasons and escalate to Quality.
• Use soldering and desoldering equipment and measurement tools safely.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality to resolve issues.
• Demonstrate testing procedures to colleagues when required.
• Maintain high workmanship, quality and housekeeping.
• Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
