Job summary

GE Vernova in Stafford is seeking a Manufacturing Team Member – Production Assembly to join our high‑tech production line. You will assemble, inspect, test, and repair electro‑mechanical products, following lean principles and customer requirements, with full training provided.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to handle a rotating two‑shift pattern in a busy manufacturing environment. You will contribute to quality and continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Minimum ONC qualification in Electronic Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with electronic test equipment preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test electronic sub-assemblies per procedures.
• Operate ATE and perform basic fault finding.
• Record test results in databases and production systems.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality teams.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and housekeeping.
