• Experience in light mechanical assembly or similar manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions and defined processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Clear communication as part of a team.
• Ability to work autonomously while following procedures.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven.
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily production targets and work shift patterns as required.
• Assemble products and inspect according to SOPs and manufacturing processes.
• Use correct tools and current build specifications with approved documentation.
• Ensure build quality meets required standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized workstation and perform routine maintenance.
• Support EHS procedures and safe working practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Assist with other manufacturing tasks as needed.
