Job summary

Proactive Global in Bedford is seeking an Electronics Assembly Technician to join their growing manufacturing team. The role involves assembling electronic components and sub-assemblies, PCB assembly and soldering, and carrying out assembly and calibration activities.

You will inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality, assist with testing and basic diagnostics, identify and resolve assembly issues, and follow official drawings and procedures while maintaining high accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics assembly, soldering or PCB manufacturing.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and manufacturing procedures.
• A practical and methodical approach to problem solving.
• Willingness to learn new processes and develop technical skills.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience would be advantageous.
