Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Proven 5+ years experience in service operations management.
• Experience with switchgear, UPS systems, power electronics or similar electrical systems preferred.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational aspects of local units including field service management and project control.
• Develop business action plans aligned with division strategy and targets.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and integrity standards within operations.
• Monitor budgets and implement corrective actions to meet cost targets.
