Together Housing Group is seeking an Electrician to join our Repairs & Maintenance team covering the Calderdale area. You will perform electrical repairs across tenanted and vacant properties with a focus on right-first-time workmanship and customer service.

The role runs a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, 12-hour days Mon-Fri (8:00-20:00) and weekends 9:00-17:00, sharing a fully equipped van with another tradesperson; annual leave starts at 27 days plus bank holidays, with LGPS pension and

Competenze

• Electrical qualification – NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Installations or equivalent.
• Knowledge of BS7671:2018 requirements for Electrical Installations.
• 2391/2394 Testing & Inspection.
• Full UK Manual driving licence.
• Experience of working in a customer service environment.
• Experience of maximising repairs completed in one visit.

Mansioni

• Carry out electrical repairs to tenanted and vacant properties in line with tickets and specifications.
• Work with ‘Right First Time’ ethos; complete repairs in one visit where possible.
• Organise work to minimise downtime and reallocate workload as needed.
• Participate in standby or call-out rota.

Formazione
