Together Housing Group is seeking an Electrician to join our Repairs & Maintenance team to deliver a customer service focused electrical repair service across tenanted and vacant properties in Calderdale. The role requires completing repairs in one visit where possible, maintaining high workmanship and safety standards.

The position operates on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, with 12-hour days on weekdays and 7.5-hour weekend shifts, and an annual leave entitlement of 27 days (rising to 32) plus

Competenze

• Electrical qualification – NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Installations or equivalent.
• Knowledge of BS7671:2018 Requirements for Electrical Installations is expected.
• Experience in customer service and multi-disciplinary working environments.

Mansioni

• Carry out electrical repairs in tenanted and vacant properties.
• Aim for Right First Time with single-visit repairs where possible.
• Organise work to minimise downtime and re-allocate tasks as needed.
• Be available for overtime/stand-by rota as required.
• Adhere to safety procedures and building regulations.
