Job summary

Goom Electrical is hiring Domestic Electrician / Electrical Testers to perform EICR testing in social housing and occupied residential properties across Northern Ireland. You will contribute to large-scale EICR programmes on behalf of Housing Associations, delivering remedial works and maintaining a high standard of service.

Ideal candidates have experience with EICR testing, 18th Edition, AM2, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience carrying out EICRs and electrical testing in social housing or occupied residential properties.
• Am2 knowledge and 18th Edition Wiring Regulations understanding or willingness to book and obtain.
• Ideally ECS.
• Professional approach and good customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out EICR testing and electrical inspections in domestic properties.
• Complete electrical remedial works.
• Carry out fault finding and diagnostics.
• Ensure all work complies with current regulations and company standards.
• Work professionally and respectfully within occupied properties.

Job description

We are hiring Domestic Electrician / Electrical Testers

with experience carrying out EICRs and electrical testing within social housing or occupied residential properties.

You will be working on behalf of Housing Associations across Northern Ireland (Postcodes range from BT29 - BT41, you will work local area to you) delivering large-scale EICR programmes and associated remedial works.

Key Responsibilities
