Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd is hiring a permanent Electrician to carry out electrical testing across social housing properties in Northampton and surrounding areas. You will complete three EICRs per day with all kit provided, including a company van, fuel card, test kit and uniform from day one.

This role offers consistent, permanent workload and the chance to work across occupied properties in the Northampton area, with travel across surrounding sites and compliance with current regulations.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience in social housing or domestic testing

Enjoy a permanent Electrician role with a company van, fuel card, test kit and uniform provided from day one. Join a well-established property maintenance contractor delivering electrical testing across social housing properties in Northampton and surrounding areas.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Electrician looking for consistent EICR work within domestic properties, with three EICRs completed per day and everything you need to carry out the work provided.

I'd love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as an Electrician, Electrical Tester or EICR Engineer within social housing or property maintenance.

This role is offering a salary of around £45,000 - £48,000 per year.

Location & travel

This Electrician position covers Northampton and surrounding areas. With a van and fuel card provided, you'll be able to travel between properties without using your own vehicle.
