Maintenance Electrician – Exciting Opportunity in a Leading Business

Permanent, full-time contract: hours per week

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join a dedicated property services team within a well-established company.

The Role

We are seeking a multi-skilled Maintenance Electrician to support the upkeep and functionality of various properties, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience as an electrician in construction or building maintenance, preferably in customer-facing environments such as retail or food industry.
• City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation certification.
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance, and fault-finding.
• Minor plumbing knowledge, including compression fitting and tap installations.
• Ability to carry out electrical and mechanical preventative maintenance, fault-finding, minor electrical installations, small plumbing work, and building safety system testing (fire alarm systems).
• Knowledge of heating and ventilation systems is advantageous but not essential.
• Enthusiasm for a dynamic role with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Strong organisational skills and adaptability to handle urgent matters.
• A full driving licence is required for travel between properties.
