In order to expand our Sales Field team in England, we are looking for a motivated Service Engineer. This home-office position requires business travel and could be based anywhere in the Midlands, Northwest, or Yorkshire.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

• Commission, repair and ensure maintenance visits of our water treatment equipment.
• Writing intervention reports.
• Participate in and/or perform equipment installation and start-up.
• Field customer service.
• Installation works.
• Assisting account manager to maintain existing customers.
• Technical consulting of existing and potential customers.
• Providing service to existing and potential customers.
• Identification of revenue potentials by transferring to Account Manager.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ideally 2 years of experience in B2B Water Treatment / Chemical Engineering and/or Process Engineering.
• Good knowledge and experience in cooperation with customers and operators of process chemicals and/or water treatment.
• Degree with water experience would be advantageous but not essential.
• Commercial experience.
• Driving Licence is mandatory.
