J McCann & Co Limited in London is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our Hillingdon-based projects. You will undertake electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring high safety and quality standards on site.

The role requires proven experience as a qualified Electrician, NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, and valid ECS or CSCS cards. Knowledge of BS 7671 and a full UK driving license is desirable.

• Proven experience as a qualified Electrician on street lighting and street furniture.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation and valid ECS/CSCS card; City & Guilds 2391.
• Good knowledge of BS 7671 electrical regulations.
• Full UK driving license desirable.

Responsabilités

• Carry out electrical installations in line with regulations and standards.
• Perform maintenance, fault finding and repairs on electrical systems.
• Conduct testing and inspection to ensure safety and compliance.
• Complete necessary electrical certification and documentation.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Collaborate with team and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
• Any other duties as required for electrical works.

• Experience: Proven experience as a qualified Electrician working on Street Lighting and Street Furniture.
• Qualifications: Hold relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation) and a valid ECS or CSCS card. City & Guilds Inspection & Testing of Electrical Installations 2391.
• Knowledge: Sound understanding of current electrical regulations (BS 7671).
• Safety Commitment: Strong dedication to working safely and adhering to all safety protocols.
• Driving License: A full clean UK Driving license is desirable.
• Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
