Ipsum in Wrexham is seeking an Electrician to join our team on SPEN - Manweb projects. You will install electrical equipment from LV to 132kV and fit LV boards, power and lighting across substation sites.

You'll be involved in protection panel installation, wiring, and running multi-core cabling, with containment for electrical systems. A full UK driving licence and time-served status with 18th Edition BS 7671 are essential, with training available for HV networks.

Qualificações

• Fully qualified Electrician with 18th Edition BS 7671.
• Time served and hold a current JIB Card.
• Experience on DNO/HV networks preferred but training provided.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsabilidades

About The Role…

We have a fantastic opportunity to join Team Ipsum as an Electrician in Wrexham. You will be responsible for working on projects for SPEN - Manweb projects. Carrying out installation of electrical equipment from LV to 132kV and carry out installation of LV boards, power and lighting.

Working on SPEN substations - Protection panel installation, wiring and install multi core cabling and also install containment for electrical systems.

As an Electrician you will…

About You...

• Qualified Electrician - 18th Edition BS 7671 Wiring Regulations with a good understanding of Electrical Power Systems
• 2391 Inspection and Testing / Must be time served and hold a current JIB Card
• Previous experience working on a DNO Network/ HV Private Networks preferred but not essential (Training provided).
• You will need a Full UK Driving Licence for this position
