Job summary

Ipsum in Wrexham is seeking an experienced Electrical Fitter to support projects for SPEN - Manweb. This role focuses on installation of electrical equipment from LV to 132kV, including LV boards, power and lighting, and protection panel wiring.

You will work on SPEN substations, install multi-core cabling and containment, ensuring compliance with 18th Edition BS 7671. Time served electricians with a current JIB Card are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Qualified electrician with 18th Edition BS 7671.
• 2391 inspection and testing (preferred).
• Must be time served and hold a current JIB Card.

Responsibilities

• Carry out installation of electrical equipment from LV to 132kV.
• Carry out installation of LV boards, power and lighting.
• Working on the SPEN substations.
• Protection panel installation and wiring.
• Install multi core cabling.
• Install containment for electrical systems.
