Bromford Flagship LiveWest is seeking a skilled Electrician for a stable maintenance role across domestic and commercial properties, focusing on quality work and safety. You’ll have a company van, tools, and full support to complete planned maintenance and repairs.

Formación

• Proven electrical experience in maintenance, repairs and installations.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in electrical work.
• Experience with domestic and commercial properties is preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Ability to use IT systems for reporting and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), repairs and installations across properties.
• Maintain and fault-find electrical and mechanical systems including boiler controls, pumps and lighting.
• Complete rewiring, testing and inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Diagnose issues quickly and deliver high-quality repairs.
• Manage materials and document work accurately; work safely per regulations.

Excellent out-of-hours pay
£864 per week for on-call rota, covering availability, support, and first-time fix payments.

What You’ll Get:

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), repairs, and installations across domestic and commercial properties
• Maintaining and fault‑finding on electrical and mechanical systems, including boiler controls, pumps, communal lighting, hot water systems, and HVAC units
• Completing rewiring, testing, and inspections to ensure systems are safe and compliant
• Diagnosing issues quickly and delivering high‑quality, efficient repairs
• Managing materials, recording work accurately, and working safely in line with regulations
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring homes are safe and fit for purpose
• Experience with 18th Edition wiring regulations or equivalent time served
• City & Guilds Electrical Test and Inspection Certificate
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification
• AM2 qualification preferred but not essential
• Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices
• Proficiency with IT systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Commitment to Bromford’s values and acting as a positive ambassador for the organisation
• Proactive, flexible attitude to work and travel
• A Basic DBS Check (arranged by BFL)
