Randstad CPE is recruiting a Mobile Maintenance Electrician for social housing stock around Woking and surrounding areas. You will conduct electrical repairs, fault finding, testing, and remedial works in occupied and void properties, using a mobile device to manage jobs and ensuring high standards of service.

The role requires NVQ/C&G Level 3, 18th Edition, and a valid UK driving licence; experience in social housing is preferred.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or C&G Level 3 equivalent).
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
• C&G 2391/2394/2395 Inspection & Testing certification (highly desirable).
• Demonstrated experience in domestic social housing, void refurbishments, or responsive repairs.
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential for company vehicle insurance).

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repair work in domestic properties.
• Perform testing, inspection (EICRs), and remedial works in accordance with 18th Edition standards.
• Complete daily job scheduling and work orders efficiently using a mobile handheld device.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional standards with local residents.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join a high-performing domestic maintenance contract covering housing stock across Woking and local surrounding areas. You will be carrying out day-to-day electrical responsive repairs, fault finding, testing, and remedial works in occupied and void social housing properties.
