Job summary

Moxie People are recruiting an Electrician to join a Social housing maintenance team working in domestic properties, carrying out repairs, testing and installs that keep residents safe and homes running properly.

No two days are the same. You’ll manage your own workload, solve problems, and complete jobs right first time. 37 hour week, company van and ongoing development opportunities accompany a secure permanent position.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition and wiring regulations knowledge.
• Experience with electrical testing and inspection routines.
• Experience in domestic or social housing environments.
• Valid UK driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Electrical repairs and maintenance in social housing properties.
• Fault finding and diagnostics.
• Testing & Inspection / EICRs.
• Minor works and installations including electric heating and shower replacements.
