CTS Projects Ltd is seeking a skilled Electrical Inspection & Test Engineer for contracts in the Belfast and South Down areas. You will be supplied with a van and a fuel card.

The role covers electrical installation, condition testing, and planned maintenance in commercial properties, both vacant and occupied, with travel across Belfast and South Down. Applicants must be fully qualified electricians with 17th/18th Edition, CSR card, full UK driving license, and at least three years

Qualifications

Fully qualified Electrician with 17th/18th Edition
Valid CSR card or equivalent health and safety training
Full UK Driving Licence
Experience in construction or plumbing and heating
Testing & Inspection 2391-2394/2395
At least 3 years post-apprenticeship experience

Responsibilities

Electrical Installation & Condition Testing as required
Working in void and occupied premises
Working in a commercial environment

About The Role

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Electrical Installation & Condition Testing as and when required
Working in void and occupied premises
Working in a commercial environment
Experience in planned and cyclical maintenance
Carry out the actual work to the high-quality standards that CTS expect
Uphold Data Protection Policies
Travel across Belfast & South Down

Health & Safety

Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policy at all times
Report any accidents or issues regarding health & safety appropriately
Ensure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed and followed
Observe & follow all manual handling practices

In addition

As the majority of the work will be conducted in Public Sector or Housing Associations properties, we will require a recent Enhanced Access NI certificate CTS will perform a Access NI check as part of the on-boarding process.
