Job summary

Tai Pawb is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our growing team, covering Swansea and surrounding areas. You will perform installation, maintenance, and inspection work across domestic and small commercial properties, ensuring safety, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.

You must have a full UK driving licence and be able to work independently or with colleagues. The role offers a 40-hour week and opportunities for training and career progression within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and fault finding across properties.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards (BS7671).
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance works.
• Carry out fault finding, diagnosis, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with BS7671 and health and safety regulations.
• Complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records using IT systems.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, tenants, and stakeholders.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our growing team covering Swansea and surrounding areas. As an Electrician, you’ll carry out installation, maintenance, and inspection work across domestic and small commercial properties, ensuring safety, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.

• Location: Swansea and surrounding areas

About you

As an Electrician, you will undertake a wide range of electrical installations, repairs, testing and maintenance across properties in South & West Wales.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver electrical installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance works
• Carry out fault finding, diagnosis, and repairs
• Ensure compliance with BS7671 and health & safety regulations
• Complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks efficiently
• Maintain accurate records using IT systems
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, tenants, and stakeholders
