Job summary

Construction Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Electrician for permanent, full-time work in Wyton. The role involves electrical installations, repairs and maintenance across planned works, voids and responsive maintenance in domestic and occupied properties.

Responsibilities include rewires, consumer unit changes, smoke alarms, fault finding, EICRs and adherence to BS7671. Requires SC clearance eligibility, 18th edition and related qualifications. Salary up to £41,600 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent City & Guilds qualification.
• 18th Edition qualification.
• Experience in domestic electrical repairs, maintenance or social housing.
• Experience with electrical installations, testing and fault finding.
• Knowledge of safe isolation and health and safety procedures.
• Must hold, or be immediately eligible for, SC Security Clearance and meet BPSS requirements.
• 2391 or 2394/2395 Testing & Inspection qualification desirable.
• Experience in planned works, voids or responsive maintenance desirable.

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and qualified Electrician to carry out electrical installations, repairs and maintenance across planned works, voids and responsive maintenance programmes.

The role will involve working in domestic and occupied properties, ensuring all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with current regulations.
