You will work on social housing, planned works and responsive repairs, handling fault finding, testing and compliance tasks with a strong focus on resident service and safety.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Experience within social housing, planned works, maintenance or responsive repairs.
• Strong fault-finding and testing experience.
• Knowledge of safe isolation and electrical compliance.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Electrical repairs, servicing and maintenance in occupied and void properties.
• Consumer unit upgrades and replacements.
• Full and partial rewires.
• EICRs, testing and inspection works.
• Fault finding and diagnostic repairs.
• Installation of smoke alarms, extractor fans and ventilation systems.
• Cooker, shower and dedicated power circuit installations.
• Electrical heating systems including panel and storage heaters.
• Remedial works to ensure compliance with current regulations.
• Delivering a first-class service to residents and clients.

We're seeking a skilled Electrician to join a growing team delivering essential repairs, planned works and electrical installations across domestic and occupied properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a mixture of fault finding, testing, maintenance and installation work, with no two days being the same.

What You'll Be Doing

• Electrical repairs, servicing and maintenance in occupied and void properties
