Mears Group in Ilford is seeking a skilled Electrician for field-based maintenance, repair and installation in tenanted properties. You will ensure safety, compliance and high-quality workmanship while delivering reactive repairs and planned maintenance in a growing local portfolio.
The ideal candidate holds NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations with AM2/18th Edition, 2391 testing, a full UK driving licence, and experience in domestic social housing.
Annual salary: up to £42,020.69 Electrician Location: Ilford Contract: Full Time Permanent Salary up to £42,020.69 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card 1 in 4 weeks OOH 42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday)
We are currently seeking a skilled and qualified Electrician to join our team in Ilford. This is a practical, field-based role working primarily within tenanted properties, where you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and installation of electrical systems. You will play a key role in ensuring homes are safe, compliant and fit for occupation, delivering reactive repairs, planned maintenance and supporting wider refurbishment programmes. With a strong pipeline of work and an expanding presence in the area, this role offers an excellent opportunity to join a team that is making a positive impact within the local community.
