Job summary

HVAC Recruitment is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to work across Hull, Doncaster and Leeds for a leading facilities management provider. The role includes electrical PPMs, reactive maintenance, and compliance tasks within modern commercial facilities, with a self-managed diary and good overtime opportunities.

You will test emergency lighting and fire alarms, perform L8 inspections, fault-find on lighting and power circuits, and handle minor plumbing or fabric repairs.

Qualifications

• Qualified maintenance electrician with relevant trade qualifications.
• Experience with 18th edition wiring regulations.
• FM or building services experience preferred.
• Strong fault-finding on lighting, power and socket circuits.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Location: Hull, Doncaster & Leeds

Salary: Up to £40,000

Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:00am - 4:00pm (Flexible)

We're recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a leading Facilities Management provider, working across a prestigious distribution contract covering Hull, Doncaster and Leeds. This Maintenance Electrician role offers a great mix of planned and reactive work, a self-managed diary and the opportunity to work across modern commercial facilities with excellent overtime opportunities.

The Role

• Electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance
• Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
• L8 compliance inspections
• Fault finding on lighting, power and socket circuits
• Minor plumbing and general fabric repairs
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with compliance standards

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Maintenance Electrician

• Previous experience within Facilities Management or Building Services
