Job summary

Sanctuary Group in London is seeking an Electrician to join our team. You will primarily conduct inspections and testing in occupied properties, producing Electrical Condition Reports and carrying out remedial work as required.

The role includes paperwork, certification, and maintaining van stock and tools. A full UK driving licence is required to drive the company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Qualified to 18th Edition - 3rd & 4th amendment with NVQ Level 3 in core electrics and City & Guilds 2391-52 (AM2) or actively pursuing.
• Experience in inspection, testing and producing Electrical Condition Reports (EICRs).
• Full UK driving licence is required for company vehicle use.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting and testing properties and completing remedials as needed, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Complete all paperwork and produce certification for works undertaken.
• Monitor van stock and keep tools and equipment in good condition.

£46,598 - £49,050 per year

40 hours per week

We have an opportunity for an Electrician to join our team in London. The role will involve a variety of lone and teamwork with varied responsibilities. You will primarily be responsible for inspection and testing in occupied properties and producing Electrical Condition Reports, as well as remedial works. You will be provided with a company van and power tools, training will be provided, as and when required.

The role of EICR Electrician will include:

• Inspecting and testing of properties and completing any remedials required, ensuring safety and compliance
• Completing all paperwork and producing certification associated with works undertaken
• Monitoring and maintaining good levels of van stock and ensuring tools and equipment are kept in a suitable condition

Skills and experiences:

• To ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to 18th Edition - 3rd and 4th amendment, NVQ Level 3 in core electrics, City & Guilds 2391-52 and AM2. Or currently undertaking the qualification. As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to bring with them the original certification verifying proof of their qualifications. Copies and CSCS cards will not be accepted.
• Working knowledge of the application of Health and Safety legislation. Analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills along with a customer focused approach.
• This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
