Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD seeks an Electrician for projects across commercial and industrial sites around Dartford. You will perform electrical installations, fit-outs and refurbishments, installing containment, power systems and lighting, including LV wiring and testing.

Applicants should be fully qualified (NVQ 3, 18th Edition, 2391 or equivalent) with a UK driving license and able to travel within the London/South East region. Competitive salary and company vehicle options offered.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified electrician with NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations and 18th Edition.
• Experience on electrical fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Hold a full UK driving licence; based within a commutable distance of Dartford.

Responsibilities

• Completing electrical installations, fit-outs and refurbishment projects, including containment, power systems, lighting and distribution boards.
• Wiring plant room equipment and electrical infrastructure across commercial sites.
• Perform electrical testing and inspection, including EICRs where required.
• Complete all necessary electrical certification documents.

Position: Electrician

Location: Dartford, Kent - travelling across London/South East

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE)

We currently have an opportunity available with a well-established and growing electrical contractor who specialise in delivering electrical installation projects within the commercial and industrial sector, working across CAT A & CAT B fit outs in schools, community centres, and offices.

Electrician Job Overview

• Completing electrical installations, fit-outs and refurbishment projects, including installing containment, power systems, lighting/emergency lighting, distribution boards, and a range of LV electrical systems
• Wiring up plant room equipment and electrical infrastructure systems across commercial sites
• Completing electrical testing and inspection, including EICRs where required
• Completing all the necessary electrical certification documents

Electrician Job Requirements

• Fully Qualified Electrician - holding NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations, 18th Edition and 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
• Experienced working on electrical fit-out and refurbishment projects
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Based within a commutable distance of Dartford, Kent

Electrician Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
• Company vehicle provided, with optional personal use
• Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm
• 28 days holiday, including bank holidays
• Opportunities to progress into a supervisory/management role within a growing electrical contractor
