Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking an Electrician in Nottinghamshire for UK-wide site work. Based at our Nottingham head office, you will travel to sites across the UK to deliver turnkey electrical installations and maintenance for commercial retail projects.

You must be a fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations & 18th Edition). Driving licence required; ECS Gold Card and 2391 are desirable.

Qualifications

• Fully Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations & 18th Edition).
• ECS Gold Card and 2391 tickets desirable.
• Experience in commercial electrical installations, preferably in high-street retailers.
• Must have a Full UK driving licence and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Operating from the Nottingham head office and travelling to sites across the UK to deliver electrical installation projects.
• Working primarily in commercial retail spaces.
• Carrying out full electrical installations on LV & HV systems, including power, lighting, fire alarms and related equipment.
• Ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed.

Position: Electrician

Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire (with sites UK-wide)

Salary: £45,448 - £55,328 (DOE)

We currently have an opportunity available to join an expanding electrical contractor who specialise in providing full turn-key electrical solutions across the commercial sector, including electrical installations and maintenance, along with the installation of renewable energy, fire and security systems.

Electrician Job Overview

• Operating out of the company's head office in Nottingham and travelling out to sites across the UK to deliver electrical installation projects
• Working largely within commercial retail spaces
• Completing full electrical installations on both LV & HV systems, including installing power supplies, lighting, fire alarms and associated electrical equipment
• Ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation is completing

Electrician Job Requirements

• Fully Qualified Electrician - minimum NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations & 18th Edition
• Additional tickets including ECS Gold Card and 2391 are not essential but would be highly desirable
• Experienced in completing commercial electrical installations, ideally with experience working on projects within high-street retailers
• Full UK driving licence and comfortable staying away when needed
• Based within a commutable distance of Nottingham

Electrician Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary £45,448 - £55,328, depending on experience and qualifications
• Company vehicle provided
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
• 38 hour working week, with overtime starting at 1.33x
• 33 days holiday, including bank holidays
• Life insurance, 2x basic salary
