Mitie is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Operative in Crawley to perform electrical installations, fault diagnosis, testing, and maintenance across multiple sites. You will support tradespeople and ensure safe, compliant work on schedule.

The role emphasizes adherence to lockout/tagout procedures, high housekeeping standards, and ongoing site-based training within a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Qualified to BS 7671, 18th Edition, in Electrical Installations.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, plant, and controls.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and procedures.
• Self-motivated, well organised, and eager to learn.
• Respectful, professional, and confident in raising safety concerns.

ROLE: Electrical Maintenance OperativeHOURS: 8-5, M-F (40 hours per week)LOCATION: Crawley
