Role Overview

As the Electrician, your primary responsibility will be to carry out rewires, installations and maintenance work in domestic social housing properties. You will also be required to conduct occasional void rewires, ensuring all work meets the highest safety and quality standards. You'll work across various domestic systems, including carrying out first and second fix installations, as well as fault finding and repairs where necessary.

You will ensure all systems are compliant with the latest regulations and safely operational, providing a vital service to the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out rewires and electrical installations in domestic properties
• Performing occasional void rewires on vacant properties
• Conducting general maintenance work, including fault finding, repairs and testing
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and the latest electrical regulations
• Keeping accurate records of work completed, including electrical certificates and installation reports
• Communicating with clients to ensure they understand the work completed and any necessary future actions

Qualifications
