You will perform electrical repairs and maintenance in customer homes and communal areas, ensuring safety and compliance. You will inspect and test electrical installations, diagnose faults, carry out repairs, manage safety risks, and keep accurate certification and job records.

Qualifikationen

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and qualified Electrician with strong fault-finding, inspection and testing expertise to join our dedicated organisation and help keep our customers' homes safe and well-maintained.

In this role, you'll provide a high-quality electrical repairs and maintenance service, ensuring customer homes, communal areas and B3Living buildings remain safe and compliant. From inspecting and testing electrical installations to diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs and responding to emergencies, you'll ensure work is completed safely and to the required standards. Working closely with customers, colleagues and external stakeholders, you'll also manage electrical safety risks, maintain accurate certification and job records, and deliver a reliable, customer-focused service.

We're looking for someone who has...

• City & Guilds 2360/2330 Parts 1 and 2, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
• Relevant electrical inspection, testing and certification qualifications, including City & Guilds 2394-01 and 2395-01, or 2391-52
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards, inspection, testing and certification requirements, and their practical application in residential properties
• Knowledge of relevant electrical and health and safety legislation
• Knowledge of common building defects in traditional residential properties
• A full UK driving licence

You'll also need a basic DBS check, which we'll arrange and pay for.
