Job summary

Fortem Solutions are seeking Electricians to join our talent pool for roles in Boston, Lincolnshire and surrounding areas. You will cover social housing properties, delivering first time fix electrical work with a focus on quality and safety.

Roles include installing, servicing and inspecting electrical systems, carrying out EICRs and remedial upgrades, while providing excellent customer service to tenants and clients.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical (2356) with AM2
• C&G 18th Edition Certificate
• Full UK driving licence
• Desirable: Unvented Hot Water certificate
• Water Regulations certificate
• Part P
• JIBP H&S Test Certificate with current JIBP card
• Testing & Inspecting Certificate 2391 or C&G 2377 PAT certificate

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of work, aiming for 'First time Fix' on all jobs within budget and time parameters.
• Carry out maintenance and repairs on electrical engineering services to a high standard with minimal supervision.
• Install, service and maintain electrical systems and appliances in line with The IET Wiring Regulations Edition.
• Install, repair, inspect & test electrical installations and complete appropriate Electrical Certificate or Electrical Condition Report.
• Carry out EICRs and remedial upgrades to properties.
• Complete reactive maintenance as per the specification.
• Advise Supervisor when other trades are required.
• Work with other operatives to complete projects.
• Complete daily worksheets detailing work and materials used.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of work, aiming for 'First time Fix' on all jobs whilst remaining within budget and time parameters.
• Carry out all aspects of maintenance and repairs on all electrical engineering services as required, ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of Supervision.
• Installing, servicing and maintaining electrical systems and appliances in accordance with the current Edition of The IET Wiring Regulations
• Installation, repair, inspect & test electrical installations and have the ability to fill in correctly, the appropriate Electrical Certificate or Electrical Condition Report
• Carry out EICRs and remedial upgrades to properties.
• Completing reactive maintenance work as per the specification.
• Advising Supervisor in a timely manner when other trades are required.
• Working in partnership with other operatives to complete projects.
• Completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job undertaken.
• Provide excellent customer service to both tenants and clients.
