Fortem is seeking an Electrician to join our Lincoln team. The role covers social housing patches, delivering first time fix electrical work across Lincoln and surrounding areas.

Fortem provides a company van, fuel card, power tools and other benefits, with 25 days annual leave plus holidays. Essential qualifications include NVQ Level 3 Electrical (2356) with AM2, C&G 18th Edition, and a full UK driving licence.

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical (2356) with AM2 is essential.
• C&G 18th Edition Certificate is essential.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Desirable: Unvented Hot Water Certificate, Water Regulations Certificate Part P, JIBP H&S Test Certificate, Testing & Inspecting Certificate 2391 or C&G 2377 PAT.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of work and aiming for first time fix within budget and time parameters.
• Carry out maintenance and repairs on electrical engineering services with minimal supervision.
• Install, service and maintain electrical systems per The IET Wiring Regulations.
• Install, repair, inspect and test electrical installations and complete Electrical Certificates or EICRs.
• Carry out EICRs and remedial upgrades to properties.
• Complete daily work sheets detailing work and materials used.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients.

Fortem Solutions are a successful Nationwide business specialising in the Social Housing sector. We provide Repairs & Maintenance, Planned, Retrofit, Capital Works and Decarbonisation workstreams within Local Authorities and Housing Associations and are part of the Willmott Dixon Group.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of work, aiming for 'First time Fix' on all jobs whilst remaining within budget and time parameters.
• Carry out all aspects of maintenance and repairs on all electrical engineering services as required, ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of Supervision.
• Installing, servicing and maintaining electrical systems and appliances in accordance with the current Edition of The IET Wiring Regulations
• Installation, repair, inspect & test electrical installations and have the ability to fill in correctly, the appropriate Electrical Certificate or Electrical Condition Report
• Carry out EICRs and remedial upgrades to properties.
• Completing reactive maintenance work as per the specification.
• Advising Supervisor in a timely manner when other trades are required.
• Working in partnership with other operatives to complete projects.
• Completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job undertaken.
• Provide excellent customer service to both tenants and clients.

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical (2356) with AM2
• C&G 18th Edition Certificate
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable:
