Job summary

ADR Specialists Ltd is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead a multi-skilled maintenance team and supervise safe, efficient operation across the business unit. The role emphasizes plant upkeep, statutory compliance, and commissioning of new equipment, with close cooperation with engineering and operations teams.

You will ensure adherence to PUWER, DSEAR, COSHH and LOLER requirements, and actively pursue problem solving and continuous improvement across maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DSEAR, PUWER, LOLER and COSHH regulations and risk assessments.
• Experience producing Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement approaches.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a multi-skilled maintenance team to ensure safe operation of the unit.
• Maintain plant and equipment to a high standard while prioritising safety.
• Deliver maintenance, statutory compliance, installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations functions and manage contractors.
