Job summary

This Electrical Supervisor role in Shropshire, West Midlands, offers hybrid, full-time work. You will assist the Electrical Services Manager, lead a team of electricians, ensure health and safety/regulatory compliance, and maintain NICEIC registration.

Requirements: fully qualified electrician with 5+ years’ experience, City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent, NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering, NICEIC Qualified Supervisor status, line management experience, and a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• Line management experience and ability to motivate colleagues.
• Strong knowledge of building construction and electrical regulations.
• Excellent project management skills.
• NICEIC Qualified Supervisor status is preferred.
• Current valid driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Electrical Services Manager and lead a team of electricians.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance across multiple work streams, including testing and Decent Homes.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Act as technical expert for electrical regulation and compliance.
• Manage NICEIC registration and service compliance.
• Provide accurate quotations and estimate material requirements.
