Job summary

Rhodium Consulting seeks a Branch Manager for a well-established electrical wholesale distributor based in Reading, Berkshire. You will own the P&L, drive the sales strategy, and lead daily branch operations to deliver growth and profitability.

The role requires proven leadership in electrical wholesale, the ability to develop staff, and a strong customer-focused mindset to build lasting relationships with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• You must have electrical wholesale industry experience in either a managerial or external sales role.
• Entrepreneurial with the initiative to spot and capitalise on new business opportunities
• Focused, hungry and ambitious to succeed
• Motivated, determined and with a strong customer focus
• Energetic with a can-do attitude

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for running the site including planning and implementing a strategic development plan, a full P&L, staffing, sales, marketing, logistics and other branch activities
