Rhodium Consulting seeks an experienced Branch Manager for a leading electrical wholesaler in Leicester. You will own sales growth, lead the branch team, and drive profitability while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include developing sales plans, managing staff, and ensuring efficient operations with a strong focus on health and safety compliance. Salary is negotiable and a company car plus bonus and benefits are offered.

• Proven Branch Management experience within the electrical wholesale industry.
• Strong sales background with a track record of growth and commercial success.
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills with the ability to build a positive team culture.
• Proactive, results-driven, and commercially astute.
• Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Sales & Business Growth: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve and exceed branch targets.
• Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate the branch team to deliver outstanding customer service and commercial success.
• Staff Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and ongoing development of team members.
• Customer Relationships: Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• P&L Accountability: Manage the full profit and loss responsibility for the branch, ensuring sustainable profitability.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure the branch runs efficiently and complies with company policies and health & safety regulations.
