Rhodium Consulting seeks a Branch Manager in Nelson, Lancashire to lead a small team at an electrical wholesaler. You will drive branch performance, budgets and strategic growth, overseeing training and customer-facing activity to maximise profitability.

The role suits an experienced Branch Manager or a Sales Manager stepping into branch leadership, with a hands-on, practical approach and a passion for the electrical wholesale sector.

Qualifications

Confident working with KPIs and a proven track record delivering sales, profit and margin targets.
Motivate a team and lead by example to achieve business goals.
Ability to communicate at all levels with staff and customers.
Must have a proven track record in the Electrical Wholesale market.
Dynamic, good sense of humour and a passion for the industry.

Responsibilities

Maximise branch contribution in line with business plans and policy.
Manage and achieve branch budgets and targets.
Develop strategies for increasing existing, new and lapsed accounts.
Provide training and development for staff.
Ensure the team meet operational standards.
Participate in proactive and reactive sales, internally and externally.
