Job summary

KM Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Tutor/Assessor based in Cambridgeshire with travel. The role covers delivering Level 3 Electrical Installation/Maintenance Apprenticeships, developing learning resources, and guiding learners through to End Point Assessment.

The candidate must be a qualified Electrician (Level 3 Domestic) with at least 5 years’ experience and hold a clean UK driving licence. Excellent communication and motivational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified and experienced Tutor of Electrical Installation/Maintenance Apprenticeships.
• Must be a qualified Electrician, holding a minimum of a Level 3 (Domestic).
• Must hold a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Electrician.
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
• Excellent communication skills and full, clean UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Electrical Installation/Maintenance Apprenticeships at Level 3, and relevant short courses, across practical and theoretical competencies.
• Assist with the development and implementation of learning resources.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
• Support learners to ensure they are fully prepared for End Point Assessment.
