Job summary

KM Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Tutor/Assessor to join our team in Oxfordshire, with site/field based duties and travel as required. The role offers a salary up to £50,000 depending on skills and experience, along with excellent holiday entitlement and pension.

You will deliver Level 3 electrical apprenticeships, support learners, and help prepare them for End Point Assessment. The successful candidate will engage learners in practical and classroom environments and contribute to

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, TAQA or CAVA.
• Must hold a recognised Level 3 Teaching qualification: AET/PTLLS, or above.
• Must be a qualified Electrician, holding a minimum of a Level 3 (Domestic).
• Must hold a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Electrician.
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Electrical Installation/Maintenance Apprenticeships at Level 3, and relevant short courses, across practical and theoretical competencies.
• Assist with the development and implementation of learning resources.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
• Supporting learners to ensure they are fully prepared for End Point Assessment.
