Job summary

KM Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Tutor/Assessor for Cambridgeshire, site/field based with travel flexibility. The role is full-time and permanent.

You will deliver Level 3 Electrical Installation/Maintenance Apprenticeships and related short courses, develop resources, and monitor learner progress to ensure readiness for End Point Assessment.

The ideal candidate is a qualified Electrician with Level 3 domestic, 5+ years’ experience, strong communication, and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified and experienced Tutor of Electrical Installation/Maintenance Apprenticeships.
• Must be a qualified Electrician, holding a minimum of a Level 3 (Domestic).
• Must hold a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Electrician.
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Electrical Installation/MaintenanceApprenticeships at Level 3, and relevant short courses, across practical and theoretical competencies.
• Assist with the development and implementation of learning resources.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
• Supporting learners to ensure they are fully prepared for End Point Assessment.
