Job summary

KM Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Tutor / Assessor in Cambridgeshire. The role is site/field based with travel flexibility and a salary up to £50,000, plus holiday entitlement and pension.

You will deliver Level 3 Electrical Installation/Maintenance Apprenticeships and related short courses, while developing resources and tracking learner progress. The ideal candidate is a qualified Electrician with at least 5 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and a full UK driving

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified and experienced Tutor of Electrical Installation/Maintenance Apprenticeships.
• Must be a qualified Electrician, holding a minimum of a Level 3 (Domestic).
• Must hold a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Electrician.
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Electrical Installation/Maintenance Apprenticeships at Level 3, and short courses.
• Assist with development and implementation of learning resources.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learners' needs.
• Support learners to ensure they are prepared for End Point Assessment.
