Job summary

Oakmoor Recruitment limited is seeking an experienced Electrician to transition into a rewarding training career in Plymouth & Exeter. You will deliver and coordinate courses, provide hands-on coaching to learners, and train apprentices to meet awarding body standards.

The role offers fully funded training, a strong emphasis on work-life balance, and a generous benefits package. Applicants must have ≥5 years' electrical experience, a Level 3 Electrical qualification (desirable), and a valid UK

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience as an Electrician.
• Level 3 or above Electrical qualification / apprenticeship (desirable).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Enhanced DBS clearance required.
• Full UK Driving Licence and use of own car.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate commercial courses including the 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification.
• Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the workplace.
• Train apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards.
• Work in a rewarding, self-motivated team environment that values a hands-on approach.
